frank scottowner/coachCoach Frank began his BJJ journey in 2015, earning his blue belt in Oct 2017. He holds a 2nd Dan Jiu Jitsu black belt under Shihan Jamie Rickard (WEBBS). With over 20 years of martial arts training, including judo, karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and kickboxing, Frank is passionate about self-defense and continues his BJJ study under Prof Marco Costa. He's currently a brown belt under Professor Marco Costa of Body of 4, actively focused on team development and providing an excellent training environment for everyone.

Alongside his BJJ journey, Bryan holds a 1st Dan in Jukoshin Ryu Jiu Jitsu, honing his skills under Renshi Jamie Rickard since 2012. Engaged in consistent training and active participation in multiple annual events, he revels in the mental and physical challenges that BJJ offers. Bryan's commitment extends beyond personal growth; he strives to support and uplift those around him within the Body of 4 community.

andrew MACKCOACHAndrew is a Black Belt under Professor Marco Costa of Body of 4. He started training BJJ in 2006, studying the self-defense principles and techniques of the style. Andrew also holds a 4th degree black belt in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate, and a 1st degree black belt in traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. He believes that through hard work and training, everyone can reach their potential on and off the mats.
