Ryan is a law enforcement professional who continually trains in law enforcement combatives to help first responders in an ever-changing work environment. He is currently Canada's only Law Enforcement Combatives instructor certified by Chad Lyman of Code 4 Concepts & PFC Training in Las Vegas. He is also a certified Krav Maga instructor under Elite Training Center under Shihan Brian Rauchbach. In addition, he has a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu under Renshi Jamie Rickard and is a member of World Elite Black Belt Society.

Coach Frank started training in BJJ in 2015, earned his blue belt in Oct 2017, and holds a 2nd Dan Jiu Jitsu black belt under Shihan Jamie Rickard (WEBBS). With over 20 years of martial arts training in various combative disciplines including judo, karate, Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, Frank is passionate about sharing the art of self defence and continuing his BJJ study under Prof Marco Costa.

Bryan is a Body of Four purple belt in BJJ, training under Professor Marco Costa. He also has his 1st Dan in Jukoshin Ryu Jiu Jitsu, training under Renshi Jamie Rickard since 2012. Bryan is constantly training and competing at multiple events annually, and enjoys the mental and physical challenges and rewards that BJJ provides.

COACH

Coach Jimmy is a Body of Four brown belt under Professor Marco Costa, and started BJJ in 2005. His training and teaching methods are built around understanding movement patterns and mechanics. With over 10 years in the security industry and military service, he brings real-life combative experience to classes. Coach Jimmy is also a trained personal trainer and certified Animal Flow and Yoga for BJJ instructor.

COACH

Coach Andrew is a Body of Four brown belt under Professor Marco Costa. He started BJJ in 2006 and is focused on the self-defense principles and techniques of the style. He also has a 4th degree black belt in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate and a 1st degree black belt in traditional Jiu-Jitsu and has trained in Philipino Kali stick and knife techniques. Coach Andrew believes that through hard work and training, everyone can be their best on and off the mat.
